We are pleased to announce that LegalLogic advised Finfactor Technologies Private Limited (“FinFactor”) in raising investment of USD 15 million in its Series A funding round from WestBridge Capital, alongside participation from existing investors Varanium Capital, DMI Sparkle Fund and IFC.Founded in 2019 by Manoj Alankar and Munish Bhatia, FinFactor operates as a B2B fintech infrastructure provider offering data aggregation, analytics and AI-based tools used across lending, insurance and wealth management.
