Kritika has over eight years of experience across employment law, corporate advisory, and workplace compliance.
Her primary focus is Employment Law, where she advises organisations on Labour Codes transition support, employment documentation, HR policies, general labour law compliance, and disciplinary processes. She has worked extensively with organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions in India, supporting end-to-end compliance frameworks and employment-related risk management.
She is actively engaged in advisory and transition support relating to India’s Labour Codes, including wage structuring, compliance alignment. She had been leading various knowledge and awareness sessions for organisations and leadership teams.
She has expertise in handling several workplace investigations, employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and exit-related matters, including cases involving reputational and organisational risk.
Kritika specialises in POSH advisory and compliance and is empanelled as an External Member on Internal Committees of organisations. As a Certified POSH Investigator, she has conducted internal inquiries and advised on anti-sexual harassment frameworks. She regularly leads POSH trainings, awareness sessions, and Internal Committee capacity-building programs.
In addition to her advisory work, Kritika has experience in managing end - to- end in-house legal functions, including contract management, labour compliance, and litigation support, with close interface with HR and business teams.
Her practice reflects a growing focus on the use of technology in legal processes, including the application of AI tools for research, documentation, and workflow optimisation in employment law advisory.
Kritika is also engaged in academic and training initiatives and has served as a visiting faculty at reputed law institutions in Pune. She has actively contributed to legal content and knowledge resources across areas of law, business, and compliance.
As a DEI visionary in shaping inclusive and compliant organisational frameworks, she holds certifications in International Labour Standards and Gender Equality from the United Nations International Labour Organization (UN-ILO).

She brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to her work, shaped by her experience across advisory, academia, and in-house roles. She works closely with organisations to navigate workplace laws, translating legal requirements into solutions that are clear, workable, and aligned with business needs.
Outside her legal practice, she is also trained Hindustani classical vocalist and holds a Bachelor’s degree (Sangeet Prabhakar) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad.
