Madhumita Patil is a legal professional with over eight years of experience in corporate commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, debt recovery, family and inheritance disputes, consumer protection, and regulatory advisory. She advises clients on complex disputes, contractual matters, recovery strategies, and insolvency proceedings, with particular expertise in corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy law, debt recovery, contract drafting and negotiation, and representation of stakeholders in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) proceedings. Her experience across litigation, arbitration, and mediation enables her to deliver practical, commercially focused dispute resolution strategies.
