Pallavi has substantial  experience in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), including schemes of arrangement, mergers, amalgamations, demergers, capital reduction, corporate restructuring, and other tribunal-driven corporate actions. She advises clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including regulatory approvals, stakeholder management, preparation of statutory documentation, and coordination with legal and regulatory authorities.

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Matters

Her practice also encompasses advisory and compliance support under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
