With over four years of experience, he has represented a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients across sectors including manufacturing, technology, and services. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial laws, foreign investment regulations, and allied regulatory frameworks.

Prashant is actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive transaction documents and commercial contracts. He supports clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and documentation to closing and post-closing regulatory compliances.
