Rahul Thakare

Rahul Thakare is a Senior Legal Advisor in LegaLogic’s M&A team, with more than 12 years of multi-industry experience across compliance, regulatory advisory, legal audits, compliance management and monitoring solutions, industrial relations, labour law compliance, environmental and industrial audits, general corporate advisory, commercial contracts, and due diligence investigations.

Rahul has advised clients across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, automobile, logistics, shipping and ports, power, mining and minerals, KPOs, NBFCs, and both public sector undertakings and private companies. He has also supported U.S.-based investment banks on outsourced contract review work. His experience spans PAN India labour law and payroll compliance, implementation of complex compliance monitoring solutions, IPO readiness, environmental and industrial audits across multiple states, compliance assurance services, and outsourced contract review for international custodial and investment banks.

He regularly advises clients on labour laws, environmental laws, corporate and commercial laws, regulatory compliance, sector-specific compliance obligations, and compliance-driven due diligence in M&A transactions. Before joining LegaLogic, Rahul was Lead – Audit and Implementation at LegasisPvt. Ltd. and previously served as Team Manager – Compliance and Industrial Relations at Allsec Technologies Ltd.
