Rajeeta brings over 18 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal advisory, with a strong focus on contract management, commercial contracting, joint ventures, manufacturing arrangements, franchise and distribution structures, and procurement-related transactions. She possesses significant experience in the drafting, review, negotiation, and risk assessment of a wide range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, build-operate-transfer (BOT) contracts, technology transfer agreements, intellectual property licensing and assignment agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and other complex commercial arrangements. Having worked with reputed Indian and multinational organisations, she possesses a deep understanding of legal, commercial, procurement, logistics, and finance functions, enabling her to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
She has extensive experience in advising on government tenders and public procurement contracts, including risk assessment, bid-stage support, contract negotiations, and project execution matters. Rajeeta has also advised on infrastructure and engineering projects and regularly supports clients on renewable energy transactions, including power purchase agreements (PPAs) for solar power projects. She works closely with transaction teams on the review and alignment of shareholder and project documentation relating to renewable energy investments and acquisitions.
Rajeeta routinely advises clients on banking and finance transactions from both lender and borrower perspectives. Her experience includes developing documentation frameworks and standard templates for NBFCs, as well as reviewing, negotiating, and structuring financing and security documentation across a range of lending transactions.
She leads the firm's Insurance Advisory practice and is a recognised subject matter expert in liability and employee benefits insurance. She advises clients on the design, optimisation, and placement of insurance programmes, including financial lines, directors' and officers' liability, professional indemnity, cyber, and employee benefits policies. She also assists clients in insurance claims management, providing end-to-end support on claim strategy, insurer engagement, documentation, and settlement processes.
Rajeeta is known for her collaborative approach, commercial acumen, and ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and solution-oriented outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining LegaLogic, Rajeeta worked as a Legal Advisor with Mohammed Ibrahim Law Firm in Muscat, Oman. She also spent four years handling contracts and procurement matters with L&T Modular Fabrication Yard LLC in Sohar, Oman. Earlier in her career, she worked with Tetra Pak India Private Limited and Avinash Ganu & Associates in Pune, India.
