Saurabh Kokane is the Co-Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution at LegaLogic and a seasoned dispute resolution professional with over 12 years of experience advising and representing businesses, promoters, investors, and corporate clients in complex commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes. Saurabh has extensive experience appearing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA), District and Sessions Courts, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSMEFC), Inspector General of Registration (IGR), and other judicial, quasi-judicial, and regulatory forums across India.

His practice spans a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, recovery actions, consumer disputes, writ petitions, summary suits, civil suits, enforcement proceedings, and other complex business disputes. Saurabh has significant experience in arbitration matters, including ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations conducted before former High Court Justices and eminent arbitral tribunals. He has represented clients in complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes and regularly advises on arbitration strategy, enforcement of arbitral awards, and dispute avoidance mechanisms.

Among his notable representations, Saurabh appeared before the Supreme Court of India in a Special Leave Petition involving a Public Sector Undertaking of Indian Railways concerning the unilateral appointment of an arbitrator. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings against entities of the Union of India and has handled several high-value commercial and contractual disputes across sectors.
