Vivek Sadhale is the Co-Founder of LegaLogic with over 29 years of hands-on experience in advising marquee clients including technology companies, multinational corporations, GCCs, investors, startups, and growth-stage enterprises on complex corporate, legal, regulatory, and commercial matters.

Over the course of his career, Vivek has advised businesses across a broad spectrum of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, IPOs, business expansion, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions. His expertise spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on technology, innovation-driven businesses, and rapidly scaling enterprises.

He regularly advises promoters, founders, investors, boards of directors, and senior management teams on corporate governance, business structuring, risk management, regulatory strategy, and long-term business growth.

His practice also encompasses employment and labour law, intellectual property strategy, technology transactions, ESOP structuring and implementation, establishment of domestic and international business operations.

Vivek has successfully advised organizations on India entry strategies, Global Capability Centre (GCC) establishment, corporate restructuring, and expansion into new markets.

Prior to co-founding LegaLogic, Vivek spent over thirteen years with Persistent Systems Limited, one of India’s leading global technology companies, where he served as General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Head of Investor Relations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company’s legal, governance, compliance, corporate finance, and strategic growth initiatives, including its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, fundraising activities, investor engagement, and international business expansion.

Before joining Persistent Systems, Vivek worked with reputed organizations including the Kirloskar Group, Bombay Dyeing, and Siemens.

Aside of his professional work, Vivek is widely recognized for his contributions to legal and commerce education and thought leadership. He has authored numerous articles published in leading professional journals, business publications, and conference proceedings at both national and international levels.

A passionate educator and mentor, he regularly serves as a visiting faculty member and guest speaker at business schools, law schools, professional institutions, and executive development programs, sharing insights on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, business regulations, employment law, and emerging legal developments.

Vivek serves on the Board of The Maratha Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), a Indian business advocacy Chamber established in 1934. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the prestigious Indian Law Society, established in 1924.
