Yogesh Mangaonkar

Yogesh B. Mangaonkar is a seasoned Advocate and Legal Consultant with over 9 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory. Yogesh is Co-Head Litigation at LegaLogic, he has experience of handling matters related to Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Family, Consumer, Revenue, and Co-operative Law. Yogesh previously practised in Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Karwar, and before the Hon’ble Karnataka High Court.

Yogesh has successfully represented clients in complex and high stakes matters, including custodial death cases, election petitions, corruption trials, contractual disputes, arbitration proceedings, and commercial litigation. He has a strong reputation for meticulous case preparation, persuasive advocacy, and strategic legal solutions.

Before joining LegaLogic, Yogesh practiced independently and was a legal retainer for reputed firms, while also serving as Legal Advisor for startups and enterprises. He began his career with Advocate Shashikant Sutar Associates, Ratnagiri, gaining significant courtroom exposure in civil, criminal, and revenue matters, he also worked with Advocate Umesh Sawant in Sindhudurg.

Yogesh is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. An alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune (LL.B.) and S.P. College, Pune (B.A. Political Science), Yogesh is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
