We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic advised Padcare Labs Private Limited on its Pre-Series A funding round of USD 3 Mn. The round was led by Zerodha’s investment arm, Rainmatter Capital, with participation from 3one4 Capital, Lavni Ventures, 3i Partners, Brigade Innovations, and PKRBCV Shroff Trust.

Padcare is engaged in the business of developing technologies and delivering services that are aimed at transforming sanitary waste management through sustainable and innovative solutions.
